SMB Account Executive
Reforge
• Turn Inbound Interest into Closed-Won: Qualify, discovery, demo, and negotiate deals from first touch to signature. Own the full cycle. • Improve Retention: Track usage and engagement, develop at-scale interventions for at-risk accounts, and help us build a more sustainable SMB business. • Become A Product Expert: Become a product expert to have high-value conversations with Product Leaders and Champions. • Build Scalable Processes using Automation and AI: You will have the unique opportunity to iterate on the systems, playbooks, and best practices that serve as the foundation for SMB.
Job Requirements
- B2B SaaS Experience: 2-4 years in SaaS sales or account management with a history of consistently meeting or exceeding quota.
- SMB Velocity: Comfortable with high-volume, transactional sales cycles with a track record of closing deals in the $10K-$30K ACV range.
- Autonomy: You are high-agency, prefer autonomy, and do not require constant management.
- Efficiency-minded: You naturally look for ways to work smarter, not harder.
- Data-driven: You track your numbers to stay on track and find key insights to improve your results.
- Strong communicator: Clear, concise writing and speaking (most interactions are email/async).
- AI Fluency: Track record of constantly experimenting with how to use AI to improve and scale your work.
