• Develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Flows. • Collaborate with Product Management, QA, and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver thoughtful solutions. • Contribute to the maintenance, improvement, and support of existing Salesforce-based applications and managed packages. • Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs. • Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, stand-ups) and collaborate closely with peers on a remote team. • Write clean, efficient, and testable code; contribute to code reviews and technical documentation. • Support product releases through testing, deployment, and post-release monitoring. • Ensure solutions comply with Salesforce governor limits, data model best practices, security and performance standards.

Role Description This role involves configuring, administering, and developing within Salesforce using Lightning Components and Lightning Web Components. - Configure, administer, and develop within Salesforce using Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Apex, API, SOQL, and Flows. - Strong experience with the Service and Sales Cloud. - Strong Service and Sales Cloud Administration capabilities. - Perform requirements analysis, design, development, unit testing, performance testing, and deployments of enhancements. - Author comprehensive design specifications and review Salesforce designs that vendors or teammates produce. - Participate in code reviews to ensure solutions are optimized and align with business requirements. - Stay abreast of the current and future Salesforce feature set relevant to our organization, in addition to general industry IT trends, and offer suggestions for the team to adopt forward-thinking features and technology. - Perform gap analysis between business requirements and Salesforce functionality. - Coordinate with stakeholders and other project teams to design and develop interfaces with other external applications. - Support and maintain the applications on Salesforce.com. - Act as a user advocate to ensure overall system usability and adoption. - Participate in standardizing the coding guidelines and best practices adopted by the team. - Provide estimates of the hours for work that comes into the enhancement pipeline. - Ability to work independently and within a team environment backed up by strong communication skills. - Actively participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, and develop using SCRUM methodology. Qualifications - Functional knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming principles. - Strong LWC and Lightning Coding skills. - 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Development and Administration with Sales and Service Cloud. - Must have a PD2 certification.

• Research, design, implement and manage Salesforce packages • Identify and follow best practices for co-development environments including the use of code versioning, sharing, and management technologies and practices • Produce accurate, consistent comments and documentation (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) • Understand and follow agile methodologies including scrum-based development and project lifecycles • Adherence to quality assurance protocols including manual testing, peer/self-review, creation of exhaustive test cases, and proper documentation for handoff to BA/QA • Confer with project managers, lead developers, and business analysts to obtain relevant project requirements and specifications • Maintain and enhance the required skills and expertise for best practices in current technologies (Keep up to date with changes to the platforms/technologies you are using) • Identify areas for improvement in existing programs and subsequently develop those modifications • Owning tasks from start to finish - Take the initiative to see tickets to completion.
