Role Description This role involves configuring, administering, and developing within Salesforce using Lightning Components and Lightning Web Components. - Configure, administer, and develop within Salesforce using Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Apex, API, SOQL, and Flows. - Strong experience with the Service and Sales Cloud. - Strong Service and Sales Cloud Administration capabilities. - Perform requirements analysis, design, development, unit testing, performance testing, and deployments of enhancements. - Author comprehensive design specifications and review Salesforce designs that vendors or teammates produce. - Participate in code reviews to ensure solutions are optimized and align with business requirements. - Stay abreast of the current and future Salesforce feature set relevant to our organization, in addition to general industry IT trends, and offer suggestions for the team to adopt forward-thinking features and technology. - Perform gap analysis between business requirements and Salesforce functionality. - Coordinate with stakeholders and other project teams to design and develop interfaces with other external applications. - Support and maintain the applications on Salesforce.com. - Act as a user advocate to ensure overall system usability and adoption. - Participate in standardizing the coding guidelines and best practices adopted by the team. - Provide estimates of the hours for work that comes into the enhancement pipeline. - Ability to work independently and within a team environment backed up by strong communication skills. - Actively participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, and develop using SCRUM methodology. Qualifications - Functional knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming principles. - Strong LWC and Lightning Coding skills. - 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Development and Administration with Sales and Service Cloud. - Must have a PD2 certification.

• Research, design, implement and manage Salesforce packages • Identify and follow best practices for co-development environments including the use of code versioning, sharing, and management technologies and practices • Produce accurate, consistent comments and documentation (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) • Understand and follow agile methodologies including scrum-based development and project lifecycles • Adherence to quality assurance protocols including manual testing, peer/self-review, creation of exhaustive test cases, and proper documentation for handoff to BA/QA • Confer with project managers, lead developers, and business analysts to obtain relevant project requirements and specifications • Maintain and enhance the required skills and expertise for best practices in current technologies (Keep up to date with changes to the platforms/technologies you are using) • Identify areas for improvement in existing programs and subsequently develop those modifications • Owning tasks from start to finish - Take the initiative to see tickets to completion.

• Develop Salesforce functionality using Apex, LWC, and Flows • Build and maintain CRM Analytics dashboards, datasets, and recipes • Configure and enhance Sales Cloud features and automation • Build and support Salesforce Marketing Cloud journeys, email campaigns, and automations • Support integrations with external systems via APIs • Participate in CI/CD deployments and release processes • Assist with testing, optimization, and documentation • Work collaboratively in an Agile delivery team

• Implement features including UI/UX and backend capabilities in a mission-critical system using Salesforce and Amazon AWS GovCloud • Support automated testing frameworks, ensuring system reliability • Deliver scalable solutions that meet the needs of a 24x7 service environment • Guide a cross-functional team through development, testing, release activities, and troubleshooting of Production issues • Ensure software solutions that meet SLA requirements for a 24x7 call center operation • Implement solutions using Salesforce capabilities including Apex classes, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce HealthCloud objects • Provide Software Development expertise for solutions that meet customer and mission goals • Support and use CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab) • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and roll out new features • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Production and lower environments • Provide expertise interacting with external systems via API integrations • Support call center integrations with Amazon Connect IVR
