Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, ideally supporting multi-site or field operations.
  • Experience supporting high-volume hourly workforces.
  • Ability to influence and partner with operational leaders at multiple levels.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience in multi-location service industries such as retail, hospitality, restaurant, or car wash preferred.
  • Experience supporting rapid growth environments or acquisitions preferred.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Paylocity preferred.
