• Candidates will be a member of the Archer Defense and Advanced Programs organization and will be part of the team to incubate, market, capture, and execute (technical, cost, and schedule) advanced programs applied to our Archer Defense portfolio.

• Assist in building and updating FE models of electric propulsion engine assemblies using ANSA as the pre-processor. • Run linear static analyses in Nastran for limit and ultimate load cases; check results for correctness and flag anomalies. • Support nonlinear analysis tasks in Ansys under direction of senior engineers. • Post-process analysis results in Meta; generate plots, summary tables, and preliminary findings for review. • Maintain traceability between analysis inputs (loads, geometry revisions, material properties) and analysis outputs. • Prepare sections of analysis reports under review and guidance of the lead engineer. • Collaborate with design and loads teams to incorporate design changes and updated boundary conditions into models promptly. • Actively develop technical skills through hands-on work, code review, and mentorship from senior team members.

Role Description We are looking for an experienced Embedded Software Engineer to join the software team at Archer. The role consists of designing, developing, and testing safety-critical software for Archer’s fault-tolerant flight controls system. - Develop safety-critical software components for Archer’s flight control system. - Participate in planning, design, scheduling, prioritizing, and tracking the project. - Work with system engineers to decompose item requirements into high-level and low-level software requirements in compliance with DO-178C. - Work with a multi-disciplinary team to develop and integrate the complex hardware/software flight control system. - Development of software plans, processes & guidelines. - Software requirements decomposition, analysis, definition, and traceability. - Software design and development, performance, risk, safety, operation and cost optimization trade studies, and lead/conduct design reviews. - Software analyses, requirements-based testing, and structural coverage analysis. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes to increase safety and efficiency. Qualifications - 4+ years of experience in flight control software or a related field. - Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related degree. - Proficiency with C/C++. - Experience with MATLAB/Simulink. - Fluency with widely used scripting languages like bash and Python. - Experience developing software complying with safety standards like DO-178C to high criticality levels (DAL-A/B). - Understanding of communication standards and protocols (RS-422/485, CAN, ARINC-429, AFDX, Ethernet, TCP/IP, etc.). - Familiarity with debuggers and lab instruments such as oscilloscopes and bus analyzers. - Experience with Model Based Software development and certification (DO-331). Requirements - Bonus qualifications: - Experience with VHDL and/or Verilog development. - Familiarity with modeling tools like UML or SysML. - Knowledge of Real Time Operating Systems (RTOS) and multi-threading. - Experience in Linux. - Experience with DO-254. - Experience with tools qualification (DO-330). • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach through discovery, presentations, proposals, contract negotiation, and close • Build and manage a pipeline of nursing schools, university and college systems, and nursing staffing agencies across the Southeastern U.S. • Develop and execute a territory plan aligned to new business goals for Archer Nursing • Engage institutional buyers through consultative conversations that connect their workforce pipeline and student outcomes challenges to Archer Review solutions • Negotiate agreements with program directors, department heads, procurement teams, and university system administrators • Build relationships with key stakeholders across target organizations, understanding how decisions get made and who influences them • Maintain accurate pipeline activity, account engagement, and forecasting in HubSpot • Collaborate cross-functionally with customer success, marketing, product, and our clinician teams to support the broader growth effort • Represent Archer Review at nursing education conferences, trade events, and customer meetings across the region • Provide timely pipeline updates and sales forecasts to the Chief Revenue Officer

• Oversee a group of leaders to manage and execute the enrollment process effectively • Act as the primary strategic point of contact for assigned partner campuses • Direct and drive enrollment performance across various teams or partners • Lead, train, and mentor Assistant Directors of Admissions • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate and optimize admissions workflows • Utilize enrollment data and market analysis to guide strategic decision-making • Provide compliance oversight across all teams • Serve as the final point of escalation for complex partner or student concerns • Support new partner onboarding, program launches, and organizational growth initiatives • Interview, hire, and train new staff and leaders • Oversee the daily operations of the admissions team

• Oversee a team of Admissions Advisors to manage and execute the enrollment process effectively • Support, strategically plan, and collaborate with partner campuses • Develop, train, and maintain quality staff • Enhance and maintain effective communication and relationships within Archer Education • Work closely with partner campuses to ensure enrollment processes are being executed in a manner that is best for the student and the college/university • Make strategic and operational decisions to ensure the execution of an efficient and student-focused admissions process • Maintain a thorough working knowledge of all online programs and all internal and external policies, procedures, and requirements of our partner schools • Ensure assigned enrollment plans are met or exceeded through supervising and monitoring reps and individual contributions • Responsible for training Admissions Advisors to ensure they have the necessary product knowledge to accurately present college programs • Ensure admissions staff are exercising discretion within process and following compliance guidelines • Responsible for quality assurance of the team (listening to phone calls and providing feedback) • Handle escalated student or staff concerns • Interview, hire, and train new staff and leaders • Oversee the daily operations of the admissions team • Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations • Handle discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy • Provide work direction and problem-solving assistance to other individuals • Supervise staff, including scheduling and assigning work, reviewing performance, and recommending salary increases, promotions, transfers, demotions, or terminations.

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all aspects of System, Software, Airborne Electronic Hardware (AEH) and Cybersecurity Design Assurance processes for Archer internal development and for Suppliers. • Review and approve Software/AEH life-cycle data for Archer internal development and for Suppliers as company DER, if delegated. • Execute System Design Assurance Reviews for Archer internal system development according to the established system processes and tools for compliance with ARP4754A/ARP4761 and support the Certification Authorities reviews for ARP4754A. • Execute Supplier Oversight and Design Assurance Company Reviews as SME for Systems, Software and AEH developments according to Archer established process for compliance with ARP4754A/ARP4761, DO-178C and supplements, DO-254 and other certification regulations. • Support the approval of Cybersecurity processes with the Certification Authorities for Archer products. • Support the generation and independent reviews of Archer System, Software/AEH and Cybersecurity development and verification processes, as needed. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Archer System, Software and AEH processes, with focus on compliance with ARP4754A/ARP4761, DO-254 DO-178C and supplements. • Interface with FAA DERs and Certification Authorities for coordination, execution and follow-up of systems, software and AEH compliance reviews. • Maintain and control the issues found in all System/Software/AEH design assurance activities until resolution.
