Account Manager
Hostaway
• Own and exceed monthly and quarterly ARR targets by driving the adoption of key add-on products such as Dynamic Pricing, Smart Locks, QuickBooks Online (QBO), and Insurance. • Collaborate with regional CSMs (for Mid-Market/Enterprise) to identify expansion opportunities within their portfolios. • Maintain a high-integrity, accurate forecast and pipeline in Salesforce. • Execute targeted outbound campaigns, making large quantities of calls, emails, and demos daily to a global portfolio of existing customers to generate new expansion pipelines. • Lead discovery calls, product demonstrations, and commercial negotiations, effectively overcoming objections to close deals. • Manage the commercial aspects of the customer relationship post-sale, including structuring deals, ensuring contracts and addenda are executed correctly, and managing renewals where expansion opportunities are present. • Develop and execute targeted business strategies for your portfolio, managing the full sales process from initial scoping to contract closure with operational rigor. • Act as a crucial feedback loop to the Product, Marketing, and Sales teams, sharing insights from customer conversations to inform product strategy and go-to-market motions.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a quota-carrying, closing role within the SaaS industry, such as Account Management or Inside Sales.
- A proven and verifiable track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets (ARR/NRR).
- Highly organized and able to manage a high volume of opportunities and outbound activities in a structured manner.
- A growth mindset with the ability to navigate a rapidly evolving tech environment, demonstrating flexibility in response to new challenges and opportunities.
- Strong proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce is highly preferred) for pipeline management, forecasting, and activity logging.
- A motivated, self-starter mentality, comfortable and energized by a high-volume outbound sales environment.
- A background working with SaaS contracts, co-terming, and renewal management.
- Nice to have: Experience in the short-term rental or travel tech space, with an understanding of Property Management Software (PMS) and Online Travel Agencies (OTAs).
