The Role We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Luxury Destination Specialist - Tropics to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and takes pride in building relationships that drive repeat business. You’ll serve as the key point of contact for our partner agencies and their luxury clients, creating custom travel experiences, converting leads into bookings, and consistently exceeding revenue targets. Responsibilities - Serve as the main point of contact for partner travel agencies and their luxury clients, delivering a seamless and premium service experience. - Use your strong sales instincts and persuasive communication skills to convert leads into bookings and achieve or exceed monthly revenue goals. - Create bespoke, high-end itineraries tailored to client preferences, ensuring each experience exceeds expectations. - Proactively engage with partner agencies to build and strengthen long-term relationships through effective communication, regular updates, and reliable support. - Maintain awareness of each agency’s client base and pipeline to identify new opportunities and cultivate repeat business. - Handle client inquiries, changes, and issues with professionalism, urgency, and care. - Keep accurate, detailed records of client interactions, bookings, and preferences in our CRM system. - Stay informed on global luxury travel trends, destinations, and industry insights to make inspired and knowledgeable recommendations. Requirements - Minimum 3 years of proven success in sales, ideally in luxury travel, hospitality, or a travel agency environment. - Demonstrated ability to close sales and consistently meet or exceed targets. - Strong relationship-based sales skills; you understand how to earn trust and build loyalty over time. - Experience selling Caribbean and Mexico destinations. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to ensure client satisfaction from planning to post-travel. - Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities at once. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively. - Proficient in CRM and travel reservation software. - A genuine passion for luxury travel and creating exceptional client experiences.
