Qualifications - MD required, with 10+ years of clinical experience and expertise in medical informatics. - Demonstrated experience in evaluating AI systems for clinical applications. - Proven experience leading large expert teams using project management and agile methodologies. - Expert-level understanding of clinical knowledge systems and medical content validation. - Track record of developing evaluation frameworks for AI in healthcare. - Extensive understanding of medical terminology, clinical workflows, and healthcare education needs. - Experience with clinical decision support systems and medical knowledge bases. - Demonstrated ability to predict and influence trends in healthcare AI. - Excellence in communicating complex medical and technical concepts to varied stakeholders. - Extensive background in medical education and clinical content development. - Experience mentoring teams in clinical AI evaluation methodologies. - Innovative mindset with focus on improving healthcare outcomes through AI. Benefits - U.S. National Base Pay Range: $95,300 - $158,800. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. - If performed in New Jersey, the base pay range is $107,646 - $171,954. - This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus. - Country specific benefits available.
