Aledade, Inc.
• Develops and implements an employee relations strategy that establishes standards for workplace investigations, documentation, and case management • Oversees and conducts complex investigations, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local employment laws; partners with legal on high risk cases • Analyze ER data to identify trends, risk areas, and improvement opportunities; collaborate with head of Talent Management and head of L&D to inform training and preventative initiatives • Lead and develop a team of Employee Relations professionals, establishing service-level expectations and operational excellence; build cross-functional partnerships across People Business Partners, Legal, Compliance, and the broader People Team
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Law, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in employee relations or employment law, with at least 3 years in a management role
- Must have experience building and scaling an ER practice at a company of 2000+ employees.
- Expert-level knowledge of workplace investigations, complex negotiation, and conflict resolution
- Comprehensive expertise in US employment law, EEO regulations, workplace anti-discrimination laws, and accommodations requirements, including Title VII, ADA, FMLA, and state/local equivalents
- Exceptional discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive, high-profile matters
