Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience across multiple functions.

- Proficiency with HRIS systems (Paylocity and Netsuite).

Your Role and Responsibilities - International Assignment Management: Coordinate end-to-end mobility processes for employees relocating internationally, including assignment planning, immigration, tax compliance, and relocation logistics handling over 100 deployments primarily related to project workers. Short-term and long-term assignment support as needed. - Policy Implementation: Review and update global mobility processes to ensure superior support to the business. - Vendor Management: Engage with external vendors such as immigration lawyers, tax consultants, and relocation service providers. Ensure services provided meet quality standards and are cost-effective. - Consultation and Support: Serve as a subject matter expert on global mobility matters, providing guidance and support to employees, managers, and HR business partners on assignment-related issues. - Tax and Legal Compliance: Stay abreast of changes in international tax laws, immigration regulations, and employment legislation to ensure compliance and minimize risks associated with global assignments. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with HR, legal, finance, and other stakeholders to address complex mobility issues and ensure alignment with organizational goals. - Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance the employee experience, and optimize the effectiveness of global mobility programs. Role Description This is a hands-on, full-time position with day-to-day duties that include providing comprehensive HR guidance and support across a variety of functions.
