• Plan, schedule, and perform work for large projects and programs • Responsible for defining appropriate visual checks, measurements and tests that will be required to verify that the design and construction of a substation modification is appropriate for the intended application • Manage subcontractors’ scope of work and quality control • Lead meetings with owner, operation and maintenance, design and construction personnel to understand project goals and schedule to ensure commissioning is properly coordinated • Prepare commissioning plans, specifications and checklist and functional test documentation based on client and company standards • Review design, equipment submittals, operation and maintenance manual, start-up reports, checklists • Perform site visits to coordinate commissioning, evaluate new and existing systems, witness equipment start-up and testing

• Lead and oversee transmission line project designs, serving as a subject matter expert in transmission line engineering. • Navigate the complexities of electrical transmission line design while leading project discussions with clients and internal teams. • Provide strategic input to the leadership team, ensuring alignment with project goals. • Design transmission line segments using PLS-CADD or other structural design software. • Develop design criteria documents and construction specifications. • Prepare comprehensive construction packages, including structure details, material lists, staking tables, plan and profiles, and stringing charts. • Estimate project costs, resources, labor, and materials, establishing realistic deadlines and completion dates. • Write, modify, and review specifications in compliance with NESC, IEEE, NEC requirements, and industry best practices. • Conduct feasibility studies, routing studies, and EMF calculations to support project planning. • Oversee project implementation, ensuring proper verification of foundations, structures, and equipment installation. • Lead or assist with proposal preparation and business development initiatives. • Travel to client sites for project definition and execution phases. • Mentor and coach less experienced engineers and technicians, fostering professional growth within the team.

• Lead PMO activities, integrating the work of other project office team members. • Define, monitor, and control performance indicators for GCIP projects. • Use the Company's existing project management standards. • Promote, support the planning of, and monitor delivery of project team training. • Support project managers with legal compliance requirements and audits. • Assist the meeting focal point by providing the information required for project RACs. • Support project procurement management. • Provide support in the management of SMPs for CGIP projects. • Audit, standardize, and guide activities related to scope management, integration management, and procurement management. • Participate in the phase approval process for CGIP projects. • Share experience and knowledge from your area through training. • Other similar activities of equivalent complexity and scope.

• Engage with customers and customer-facing teams to quickly and thoroughly address critical issues to protect the health of an account. • Coordinate across internal resources to manage cross-functional responses to at-risk customers, providing clear and concise updates to all stakeholders. • Be a reliable technical resource, stepping in to investigate, diagnose, and problem solve issues alongside TS and EPD. • Reproduce customer issues to verify problems and provide feedback to Engineering and other teams. • Lead emergency escalations, including communicating risk and progress to C-suite stakeholders, and quickly resolving show-stopping issues for customers. • Be a subject-matter expert on ClickUp escalations, acting as a one-stop resource for problem solving internally while actively seeking out problems to solve. • Design and execute large-scale projects and OKRs that positively contribute to the work of the escalations team and its goals.
