Project Integration Engineer

Capco

• Lead PMO activities, integrating the work of other project office team members. • Define, monitor, and control performance indicators for GCIP projects. • Use the Company's existing project management standards. • Promote, support the planning of, and monitor delivery of project team training. • Support project managers with legal compliance requirements and audits. • Assist the meeting focal point by providing the information required for project RACs. • Support project procurement management. • Provide support in the management of SMPs for CGIP projects. • Audit, standardize, and guide activities related to scope management, integration management, and procurement management. • Participate in the phase approval process for CGIP projects. • Share experience and knowledge from your area through training. • Other similar activities of equivalent complexity and scope.

Job Requirements

  • Effective communication.
  • Proactivity and decisiveness.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Project.
  • Advanced or fluent English.
  • Negotiation skills and the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
  • 6 (six) years of experience in activities similar to the scope of these services.
  • 2 (two) years of experience in project leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with valid registration in the respective professional council. Civil Engineering preferred.
  • PRINCE2 Practitioner certification; OR PMP® (Project Management Professional) certification; OR equivalent (lato-sensu) postgraduate qualification.
