• Act as the primary strategic point of contact for Activesoft’s large-account portfolio. • Hold regular follow-up meetings with school directors and managers to align the school’s objectives with the use of our system. • Analyze school health and engagement indicators, acting proactively to prevent cancellations (churn). • Map opportunities to improve the school’s internal processes, recommending the adoption of new modules or features of our ERP. • Collect valuable customer feedback and act as the “voice of the school” within Activesoft, aligning needs with the Product and Support teams. • Drive engagement strategies to ensure the school gets the maximum value from the platform.

• Lead business process discovery workshops for Procure-to-Pay business process, covering requisition-to-purchase order, supplier enablement, and invoice-to-pay processes. • Document “as-is” and “to-be” Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business flows and validate against Oracle Cloud Procurement best practices. • Define functional scope and requirements for Oracle Fusion Procurement, Payables, and Self-Service Procurement (SSP) modules. • Analyze integration touchpoints (existing and future state) for P2P business process. • Validate Business Process Design (BPD) documents, Configuration Workbooks, and Functional Design Specifications (FDS). • Identify and document global vs regional process variations (NA, APAC, EMEA) and recommend design standardization approaches. • Collaborate with Data Migration, Integration, and OCM teams to align requirements, dependencies, and functional assumptions. • Identify and support RICEW inventory estimation, regression testing, and validation for future implementation SOW. • Work closely with the Change Management and Training team to ensure that process changes are documented and communicated effectively. • Contribute to project deliverables, including scope definition, assumptions, and effort estimates for implementation planning.

• Lead functional workshops for Record-to-Report processes across General Ledger (GL), Subledger Accounting (SLA), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), Intercompany, and Financial Close • Analyze current-state financial processes and design future-state R2R flows aligned with Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud best practices • Configure Oracle Fusion Financials modules including GL, FA, CM, Intercompany, SLA rules, and accounting transformations including FAH where applicable • Develop and validate Business Process Design documents, Configuration Workbooks, Functional Design Specifications, and end-to-end process documentation • Support chart of accounts design, financial calendar configuration, ledger setup, and reporting hierarchy definition • Validate R2R integration touchpoints with Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Order-to-Cash (OTC), Projects (PPM), FAH, and Oracle EPM platforms • Collaborate with Integration teams to define and test interfaces for journals, bank statements, asset data, and intercompany transactions using OIC, FBDI, and REST/SOAP services • Support financial data migration activities including COA mapping, opening balances, asset conversion, bank configuration, and reconciliation • Create and execute test scenarios for SIT, UAT, regression testing, and period-close simulations • Validate accounting accuracy across subledgers, SLA rules, FAH transformation rules, and General Ledger postings • Provide functional support for cutover execution, period-close readiness, deployment, and post-go-live hypercare • Collaborate with reporting teams to validate OTBI, BI Publisher, and statutory financial reports

• Configure and support Workday Benefits and Learning modules based on business and operational requirements • Review current system setup and recommend enhancements aligned to Workday best practices • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues across benefits plans, eligibility rules, enrollment events, learning courses, campaigns, and assignments • Support configuration updates for benefit plans, life events, open enrollment, learning content structure, learner groups, and business processes • Assist with technical design, support, and troubleshooting of integrations impacting Benefits and Learning • Analyze inbound and outbound files, integration touchpoints, and data dependencies tied to vendors, carriers, and third party systems • Partner with HR, Benefits, Learning, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions • Support testing efforts including unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing • Investigate production issues and resolve defects related to both configuration and integrations • Document business requirements, configuration decisions, integration mappings, test scripts, and issue resolutions • Provide post production support and identify opportunities to improve system stability, automation, and user experience.
