• Act as the primary strategic point of contact for Activesoft’s large-account portfolio. • Hold regular follow-up meetings with school directors and managers to align the school’s objectives with the use of our system. • Analyze school health and engagement indicators, acting proactively to prevent cancellations (churn). • Map opportunities to improve the school’s internal processes, recommending the adoption of new modules or features of our ERP. • Collect valuable customer feedback and act as the “voice of the school” within Activesoft, aligning needs with the Product and Support teams. • Drive engagement strategies to ensure the school gets the maximum value from the platform.
Job Requirements
- Relevant experience: Previous experience in Customer Success, Customer Relations, Account Management, or B2B client services.
- Excellent communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences (from administrative assistants to school directors).
- Analytical mindset: Comfortable with data analysis to inform decision-making (understanding metrics such as churn and NPS).
- Problem solving: Skills in negotiation, conflict management, and overcoming objections.
- Organization and autonomy: Excellent time management and prioritization to manage a portfolio of multiple schools simultaneously.
