Job Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience; 3+ years managing engineers.
- Proven track record of delivering production software at scale in a fast-paced environment
- Strong technical grounding in web application architecture, APIs, and cloud infrastructure
- Demonstrated ability to drive accountability and delivery velocity across multiple initiatives
- Prior experience hiring and developing high-performing engineers
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills working cross-functionally with Product & Design
- 3+ years in a hyper-growth company (preferred)
- Demonstrated experience leading and using AI-Native software delivery workflows and tools (preferred)
- Experience building 0→1 product teams or launching new product lines that are B2B integrations in health tech (preferred)
- Experience working in healthcare, wellness, or regulated industries (preferred)
- Strong operational discipline — metrics, retros, postmortems (preferred)
