Senior Client Success Manager, Legal Marketing

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating clear and consistent communication between the client and the agency • Establish strong working relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are understood and met • Foster effective collaboration between the internal digital marketing and sales teams to address client inquiries, develop solutions, and deliver optimal marketing strategies • Regularly analyze and review client performance data using tools like Google Analytics to track and assess key metrics • Prepare and present monthly analytics reports that provide actionable insights to clients, helping them understand their campaign results and areas for improvement • Collaborate with both the marketing and sales teams to identify opportunities for improving client performance • Provide data-driven marketing recommendations and propose tailored solutions based on client goals • Advise clients on the best marketing products and strategies to meet their business objectives, ensuring the right tools and approaches are utilized for their success • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and account retention • Proactively engage with clients to anticipate their needs and prevent potential issues
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Account Management/Client Success experience, preferably within a small to mid-sized legal marketing agency
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Experience managing client relationships, delivering digital strategies, and working on performance-driven campaigns
- Solid digital marketing expertise with hands-on experience in areas such as SEO, paid media, social media, email marketing, or content marketing, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the digital landscape
- Proficiency with Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress required
- Knowledge of website analytics, tracking tools, and performance optimization is a plus
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment and engage with cross-functional teams
- A genuine passion for client success, with a focus on providing exceptional service
