• Understand prospect goals and initiatives • Meet prospect success goals • Ensure prospects realize, grow, and reference their received value from our software • Efficiently utilize our tech stack (Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) • Make persuasive product presentations and close business through logical, incremental steps • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives • Establish and expand relationships within the territory • Develop prospects that are excited to share their success story with others • Communicate challenges and solutions with your management team • Assess level of objection, risk, and mitigation using corporate guidelines
Job Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience selling, Payroll, PEO, ASO, and/or SaaS Restaurant solutions preferred
- Proven record of influencing, negotiating, and closing sales on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Solid understanding of the need to utilize CRM in an effective way to follow consultative and key insight sales processes, manage lead opportunities, and create accurate forecasts.
- Strong prospecting experience & processes
- Exceptional presentation and listening skills.
