• Build and manage a strong, self-sourced pipeline through personalized outreach • Own deals end-to-end, applying a consultative, structured approach (MEDDICC and other proven methodologies) • Collaborate cross-functionally with SDRs, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver seamless buyer experiences • Represent N.Rich at industry events and trade shows (2–3 times per quarter) • Experiment with new go-to-market tactics and share what works — we value builders, not followers
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of proven SaaS sales success, ideally in a consultative B2B environment
- Strong experience in self-prospecting (LinkedIn, cold email, creative outbound)
- A strategic mindset paired with the ability to execute fast and adapt even faster
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills in English
- Nordics-based with willingness to travel occasionally
- A strong local network is a plus
