• Diseñar soluciones técnicas escalables y seguras dentro del ecosistema Salesforce (Sales, Service y Marketing Cloud). • Liderar la definición de la arquitectura técnica para implementaciones multi-nube y proyectos de transformación digital. • Supervisar el ciclo de vida de desarrollo (SDLC) asegurando la adopción de prácticas modernas de DevOps. • Garantizar la calidad del código, el rendimiento de la plataforma y el cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad. • Orquestar integraciones complejas entre Salesforce y sistemas externos mediante arquitecturas orientadas a eventos. • Actuar como mentor técnico para el equipo de desarrollo, promoviendo las mejores prácticas de ingeniería.
Job Requirements
- Profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Computación o carreras afines.
- Trayectoria comprobada en el diseño de arquitecturas Salesforce, liderazgo de equipos técnicos y gestión de despliegues en entornos globales con interacción en inglés (B2+).
- Dominio experto de Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC) y componentes Aura.
- Experiencia avanzada en integraciones vía REST/SOAP y patrones de diseño.
- Certificaciones oficiales: System Architect, Application Architect o Platform Developer (PD I/II).
- Manejo de herramientas de CI/CD como Git, Jenkins o Copado.
- Conocimiento profundo de arquitecturas orientadas a eventos y mensajería.
