Brand & Growth Operator

• Own category expansion by helping build on-the-go oral care as a system , not just a product line, ensuring new SKUs reinforce a coherent brand ecosystem. • Lead and manage product launches from concept to full rollout, with clear ownership of the SKU roadmap, sequencing, and velocity. • Own the end-to-end product pipeline, coordinating sourcing, development, formulation considerations, packaging, compliance, and scalability for both domestic and international markets. • Drive all workstreams required to support brick-and-mortar retail placement , working closely with internal retail advisors. • Ensure retail readiness across product, pricing, inventory, compliance, creative assets, and timelines. • Coordinate launch planning and execution for domestic retail first, with an eye toward global expansion. • Oversee e-commerce initiatives across Amazon and non-Amazon channels, working with specialists to align creative, inventory, and execution. • Act as the internal hub keeping product, creative, inventory, retail, e-commerce, and finance aligned. • Coordinate closely with the fractional CFO team to ensure cash flow, inventory forecasting, margins, and expansion plans remain aligned with SKU velocity, retail commitments, and international growth.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in CPG, DTC, brand operations, or growth-focused operational roles
- Strong experience coordinating Amazon operations and e-commerce initiatives (hands-on execution or oversight)
- Experience managing multi-step initiatives across product, operations, creative, and external partners
- Prior exposure to retail readiness, wholesale, or brick-and-mortar distribution is a strong advantage
- Excellent English communication (written and verbal).
