• Manage and execute global user acquisition campaigns across mobile channels (Social, Ad networks, DSPs, and Others) and grow app downloads and revenues for our F2P mobile games. • Optimize existing channels, improve operational processes and drive new testing initiatives. • Manage cross-functional projects and work closely with internal and external partners to drive a direct impact on the business. • Manage day-to-day collaboration with partners to optimize campaign performance and deliver business KPIs. • Deep dive into ongoing performance to identify and execute on improvement opportunities. • Monitor, measure, and report on key performance metrics on an ongoing basis. • Manage fast-paced and dynamic projects in a highly organized manner on schedule and on target. • Collaborate with other team members to share insights and knowledge. • Build and document best practices and processes to improve operational efficiency. • Manage technical Ad Operations including campaign tracking, measurement, and integration.
• Develop the Social Hub: Build and scale our consumer application, focusing on high-quality UI/UX for social features and asset management. • Agile Collaboration: Participate in daily syncs with the Product Manager (Owner) and the Backend Developer to align on technical specs, API integrations, and product roadmap. • Web3 Implementation: Integrate wallet connectivity and blockchain interactions into a user-friendly social interface. • API Integration: Work closely with the Backend dev to consume and optimize REST/GraphQL APIs for real-time social interactions. • Quality & Stores: Setup automated tests, maintain the codebase, and manage the full deployment cycle (App Store & Google Play). • Troubleshooting: Resolve technical debt, rejection issues, and performance bottlenecks.
• Maintain the game. • Implement and update SDKs. • Add new features to the game. • Set up tests. • Publish to app stores. • Resolve rejections and build issues.
• Conduct deep-dive data analysis to understand user behavior, feature adoption, monetization drivers, and overall game performance (e.g., retention, engagement, conversion). • Design, develop, and maintain efficient and trustworthy dashboards (primarily in Looker) to monitor key Product KPIs, providing the Product team with self-service, real-time insights. • Partner with the Product team to design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and other experiments, ensuring statistical rigor and clear interpretation of results. • Proactively identify opportunities for product improvement and provide data-driven recommendations to inform the product roadmap and strategy. • Work closely with Data Engineering to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility for product analysis. • Act as an enthusiast for Generative AI, exploring how emerging AI technologies can be leveraged to enhance product analysis workflows or contribute to future product features.
• Creating GDD & Roadmap. • Detailing specs alongside the game roadmap. • Balancing features. • Creating a strong pipeline of live events & seasonal events. • Playtesting builds. • Work closely with art/qa/dev team to maximize sprint efficiency. • Deliver all the assignment on time, with a strong quality, following the performances of the features improving the target KPIs (LTV) of said games.
