• Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for the soft launch and future expansion • Build and manage a marketing roadmap aligned with launch milestones and revenue targets • Take full ownership of marketing performance and outcomes across all channels • Proactively identify opportunities, risks, and gaps before they impact growth • Own and execute the social media strategy across relevant platforms • Drive measurable audience growth, engagement, and brand awareness • Oversee paid and organic marketing across Meta, Google, email, and social platforms • Build and maintain performance dashboards using GA4, Data Studio, and attribution tools • Collaborate closely with the founder, operations lead (UK), and product and design teams
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles within eCommerce, SaaS, marketplaces, or digital product companies
- Proven ownership of go-to-market strategy and execution
- Demonstrated success growing social media channels and driving engagement
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in performance marketing and analytics
- Self-starter comfortable operating in fast-paced startup environments
- Excellent communication skills and experience working across multiple time zones

• Build conversion-focused landing pages from scratch based on provided strategy and copy • Design and implement user flows across pages, forms, quizzes, surveys, and schedulers • Ensure funnels function seamlessly from first interaction through to sales handoff and follow-up • Configure CRM logic including tags, custom fields, pipelines, and opportunity stages • Build and maintain automation workflows (email, SMS, wait logic, branching, goals) • Connect funnels to booked-call flows, sales pipelines, and post-booking automation • Implement and maintain integrations with third-party tools (payments, webinars, calendars) • Ensure tracking pixels and conversion events are placed correctly throughout funnels • QA funnels end-to-end to ensure accuracy, reliability, and strong user experience • Maintain consistency across funnel templates and accounts • Use AI tools to speed up building, troubleshooting, QA, and documentation • Collaborate closely with paid media, creative, copy, and ops teams
