• Own inbound lead follow-up across key markets with timely, personalized outreach. • Qualify MQLs and convert them into Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) and meetings. • Partner with Demand Gen and Sales to align on priority accounts, messaging, and follow-up strategy. • Execute multi-touch engagement via email, phone, LinkedIn, and video. • Use Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo, SalesLoft, 6Sense, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to prioritize high-intent prospects. • Leverage AI and automation to improve speed-to-lead and conversion rates. • Support event and campaign follow-up to maximize pipeline impact. • Maintain strong CRM hygiene and provide feedback to improve campaign performance.
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in an MDR, SDR, BDR, or similar B2B SaaS role.
- Experience working inbound leads within a marketing-to-sales funnel.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo, SalesLoft, 6Sense, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI tools.
- Strong communicator with the confidence to engage retail executives.
- Organized, responsive, and results-driven with a strong sense of urgency.
- Data-minded and collaborative, with a growth-oriented attitude.
- Fluency in English required; additional languages (German or French) are a plus.
