The BISS team has extensive and broad enterprise data experience that is frequently engaged to support efforts outside of Finance. The Technology Implementation Lead gathers and documents business system and functional requirements, influences system design to optimize support and ensures solutions meet the business objectives and requirements. In this role, you will work closely with a variety of Finance business areas and IT to complete and/or coordinate implementation of design and requirements, testing, operational readiness, and transition to the appropriate production support team. • Lead cross-functional technical and operational projects that support the business growth. • Oversee project planning, execution, risk/issue management, stakeholder alignment, budget control. • Ensure delivery to time, cost, scope, quality and sustainability goals. • Manage the delivery of technical projects including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & control, closure. • Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, risk registers, change control processes and status reports. • Serve as the technical liaison between R&D, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, Packaging, Marketing and external partners (co-packers, suppliers). • Lead regular project governance meetings, provide dashboards and metrics, escalate appropriately. • Manage third-party co-packers and suppliers: prepare statements of work, monitor performance, ensure alignment to project milestones and technical requirements. • Drive continuous improvement: identify process inefficiencies, packaging optimization, cost reduction, sustainability opportunities and embed change into operations. • Support New Product Development (NPD) and product commercialization: ensure technical readiness, manufacturing trials, scale-up, launch readiness, production handover. • Maintain documentation: project files, lessons learned, post-project reviews, technical reports, specifications, change logs. • Monitor project budgets and costs, ensure change management and budget control. • Promote a culture of delivery excellence: timely execution, stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, optimization mindset.

• Lead the discovery, configuration, and documentation of third-party integrations (access control, accounting, wellness, productivity, and more). • Serve as the technical point of contact during client-facing integration. • Build repeatable processes, documentation, and technical checklists for internal and client use. • Stay current on Cove’s product updates and partner system changes to anticipate integration challenges. • Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure smooth handoffs and technical alignment. • Reduce dependency on Product Managers for implementation-related technical support. • Contribute to the overall implementation strategy and help scale Cove’s integration capabilities.
