• Partner with client stakeholders to understand their business objectives, metrics, and value drivers. • Translate those into actionable project scopes, delivery plans, and clear technical requirements. • Work closely with engineers, architects, and designers to align on approach, priorities, and constraints, turning business outcomes into deliverable features. • Serve as the main technical point of contact for the client: set expectations, surface risks early, and ensure communication is transparent, structured, and human. • Track delivery not just by milestones and dates, but by business impact , measuring whether the solution achieves its intended outcomes. • Identify opportunities for improvement or expansion by helping clients see where technology can generate additional value. • Champion clarity and accountability across distributed teams. • Facilitate conversations that keep everyone focused on what matters most.

• Work directly with clients to understand their business needs, constraints, and objectives and turn that information into concrete product requirements. • Translate those needs into a clear delivery plan : what will be built, in what order, by whom, and when. • Define and maintain the product roadmap with precise sequencing of features, dependencies, and timelines. • Work closely with Technical Project Managers (TPMs) to align on scope, priorities, handoffs, owners, and delivery expectations. • Break down large ideas into clear, actionable pieces of work that engineers and designers can execute on without ambiguity. • Make prioritization decisions based on business value, user impact, technical feasibility, capacity, and deadlines. • Partner with clients to clarify user flows, edge cases, behavior, and required interactions, ensuring the product is understandable and usable. • Partner with engineering to validate feasibility, adjust scope when needed, communicate tradeoffs, and keep delivery aligned and moving. • Communicate clearly with all stakeholders, keeping everyone aligned on what is coming next, what is being worked on now, and what has changed. • Review what ships, confirm it meets the intended need, gather feedback, and adjust future scope or sequencing accordingly.

• Design and build scalable, resilient cloud applications on Azure using C#, .NET and SQL, delivering solutions that are secure, high-performance, adhere to our Coding Standards and “just work”. • Write clean, clear, and well-tested code, embracing software craftsmanship principles to produce robust, reusable and maintainable systems. • Take ownership of features end-to-end, from initial concept through deployment. • Mentor and support junior engineers, leading by example in code reviews and pair programming. • Provide technical leadership in architecture and design discussions, advocating for simple, elegant solutions. • Continuously improve the codebase through refactoring and refinement, balancing new feature development with paying down technical debt.

• Lead solution definition for key initiatives: architecture, technical approach, integration strategy, cloud alignment, and delivery feasibility. • Work directly with client executives and product leaders to translate business needs into scalable, modern architectures across AWS, Azure, or GCP. • Collaborate with engineering teams to turn architectural direction into actionable plans, balancing quality, velocity, and pragmatic tradeoffs. • Conduct architecture assessments, review existing systems, and define modernization, migration, or greenfield approaches. • Develop solution proposals, SOWs, estimates, and architectural documentation for pre-sales and delivery. • Represent Lateral in early conversations with hyperscalers. • Support delivery teams through ongoing architectural decisions, technical guidance, and risk identification. • Champion clarity and quality: ensuring our solutions are maintainable, well-structured, secure, and aligned with long-term business value.

• Build, grow, and own a portfolio of client relationships, driving long-term revenue and partnership value. • Identify and convert new opportunities within existing and new accounts. • Partner with Delivery and Technical Leads to ensure projects align with client goals and deliver tangible business results. • Be the voice of the client inside Lateral translating their commercial objectives into clear internal focus. • Develop and execute account strategies: mapping stakeholders, anticipating needs, and expanding our footprint through trust and results.

• Craft delightful digital experiences: Design, implement, and maintain front-end features using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript. • Collaborate & communicate: Work closely with designers, back-end developers, and product managers in an asynchronous workflow. • Lead and take ownership: As a senior member, you’ll drive projects from concept to completion. • Optimize, Iterate & improve: Involve yourself in brainstorming and technical discussions. Ensure our apps are fast, accessible, and reliable. • Mentor and learn: Guide and mentor junior developers by sharing your expertise and providing constructive feedback.
