Technical Implementation Manager
Cove
• Lead the discovery, configuration, and documentation of third-party integrations (access control, accounting, wellness, productivity, and more). • Serve as the technical point of contact during client-facing integration. • Build repeatable processes, documentation, and technical checklists for internal and client use. • Stay current on Cove’s product updates and partner system changes to anticipate integration challenges. • Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure smooth handoffs and technical alignment. • Reduce dependency on Product Managers for implementation-related technical support. • Contribute to the overall implementation strategy and help scale Cove’s integration capabilities.
Job Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in technical implementation, solutions engineering, or SaaS systems integration (PropTech experience a plus)
- Strong technical skills: familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and enterprise SaaS platforms such as accounting, access control, or workplace applications
- Familiarity with Canva/Adobe (preferred)
- Experience leading technical client meetings and explaining complex topics in simple terms
- Proven ability to create documentation and establish repeatable workflows
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Collaborative mindset, comfortable working with product, engineering, and client-facing teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
