Technical Project Manager
TRIP
• Lead cross-functional technical and operational projects that support the business growth. • Oversee project planning, execution, risk/issue management, stakeholder alignment, budget control. • Ensure delivery to time, cost, scope, quality and sustainability goals. • Manage the delivery of technical projects including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & control, closure. • Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, risk registers, change control processes and status reports. • Serve as the technical liaison between R&D, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, Packaging, Marketing and external partners (co-packers, suppliers). • Lead regular project governance meetings, provide dashboards and metrics, escalate appropriately. • Manage third-party co-packers and suppliers: prepare statements of work, monitor performance, ensure alignment to project milestones and technical requirements. • Drive continuous improvement: identify process inefficiencies, packaging optimization, cost reduction, sustainability opportunities and embed change into operations. • Support New Product Development (NPD) and product commercialization: ensure technical readiness, manufacturing trials, scale-up, launch readiness, production handover. • Maintain documentation: project files, lessons learned, post-project reviews, technical reports, specifications, change logs. • Monitor project budgets and costs, ensure change management and budget control. • Promote a culture of delivery excellence: timely execution, stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, optimization mindset.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Food Science/Technology, Packaging, or related discipline.
- Proven experience (e.g., 5+ years) in project management within the food & drink manufacturing/packaging industry (preferably beverages).
- Strong experience of technical projects: manufacturing lines, packaging roll-out, co-packer transition, NPD launches.
- Excellent project management skills: planning, risk/issue management, budget control, stakeholder management, change control.
- Strong cross-functional communication and influencing skills, able to engage with senior management, operations, quality, supply chain and external suppliers.
- Good understanding of beverage manufacturing, packaging processes, co-packer environment, quality/food safety requirements.
- Proficient in project governance tools, MS Project, Monday.com (or equivalent), Excel, PowerPoint.
- Results-oriented, proactive, comfortable with ambiguity and change in a dynamic growth business.
- This position is open to US citizens, US permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.

• Lead cross-functional enterprise implementation and onboarding projects, owning project planning, execution, and delivery from kickoff through go-live. • Serve as the primary project point of contact for enterprise customers, ensuring clear communication, alignment on scope, and confidence throughout the implementation lifecycle. • Own delivery commitments tied to enterprise revenue realization, proactively managing delivery risk, dependencies, and timelines to ensure contracted revenue is recognized as planned. • Plan and manage complex technical implementations, including multi-solution deployments, integrations, data dependencies, and sequencing across Fourth’s platform. • Determine and own the recommended product configuration, settings, and end-to-end data flows across Fourth’s platform based on customer requirements, ensuring the solution is technically sound, scalable, and ready for testing and go-live. • Partner closely with Sales, Solutions Consultants, Professional Services, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to align on customer requirements, solution scope, technical readiness, and handoffs. • Manage multiple concurrent enterprise projects, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and constraints, and driving mitigation plans to protect delivery commitments. • Track and report on project status, milestones, and risks, providing clear and timely updates to internal stakeholders and customer leadership. • Identify recurring challenges and opportunities for improvement across enterprise implementations, partnering with internal teams to drive process, tooling, and delivery model enhancements.
