• Become a 3D service and ArcGIS Enterprise technology expert and use your expertise to help software users successfully create and maintain 3D services and layer items • Collaborate with development programmers and product engineers to build and test functionality for current and future 3D layers • Work closely with other teams to assure integration of scene layers into the platform • Design, write, and maintain test that validate ArcGIS 3D layers technology • Analyze testing results to determine pass/fail status, and report results in a timely and consistent manner • Document REST API and Online help documentation for scene layers and 3D tiles layers • Create compelling supplemental material that educates users on the capabilities built by the team, including blogs, tutorials, and videos

• Build AI–powered automation systems as needed across the full customer journey: developer sign-up engagement, account research, contact discovery, opportunity management, customer health monitoring, and more. • Embed with sales, marketing, and technical services teams to observe how work actually happens — conducting process audits, shadowing deal reviews, and mapping handoffs end-to-end — then build the systems that eliminate friction. • Ship code on Temporal Cloud, setting up workflows to orchestrate interactions across a broad range of distributed data stores and tools. • Collaborate closely with Security, Data, and Business Systems teams to define data sources and destinations while maintaining the highest standards of data security and integrity.  • Partner with the GTM Systems to make “build vs. buy” decisions and maximize the impact of Temporal’s revenue technology stack. • Educate other members of the Revenue Operations and GTM teams on best practices for using AI in their day-to-day roles, collaborating with GTM Enablement on scaling best practices across the organization  • Establish and measure success metrics for every system you build, share learnings with stakeholders, and iterate relentlessly based on what the data shows.

• Own the end-to-end technical design of IAM services, including identity lifecycle management, authentication, authorization, SSO, and privileged access controls, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and highly available • Lead the design and evolution of a secure, high-throughput, low-latency IAM systems that power both customer-facing and internal service APIs • Define the roadmap for migrating or scaling our legacy authentication and authorization systems into modern, distributed architectures • Work closely with Product, Security, and UX teams to translate complex business requirements into robust, secure technical specifications • Set the standard for engineering excellence through deep code reviews, technical design documents, and mentoring senior engineers • Oversee the reliability of a platform under constant load, ensuring observability and resilience are baked into the core of the system

• Design and maintain authentication and session systems (SAML, SCIM, OAuth/OIDC, MFA, login, sign-up, 2FA, user provisioning) as Zapier scales to larger customers • Own user session propagation and JWT validation across a multi-service architecture spanning Python, Node.js, and Go • Build enterprise authentication controls and governance APIs: forced SSO, domain capture, credential lifecycle, admin authentication policies • Build and maintain platform libraries consumed by dozens of internal teams • Treat reliability, latency, and efficiency of auth systems as non-negotiables; build the monitoring, observability, and audit logging to back that up • Respond to authentication-related incidents and participate in on-call rotation • Enable Security, Enterprise Response, and product team partners to move faster by removing auth bottlenecks
