About the Role We’re looking for a sharp, socially fluent Creator Community Manager to own the influencer sourcing and onboarding process across our campaigns. You’ll be the person who finds the right creators before anyone else does — and gets them excited to work with us. This is a research-heavy, relationship-driven role that sits at the intersection of data, creativity, and communication. You’ll work across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok, using tools like Upfluence to identify and vet talent, then lead outreach, negotiations, and contracts from start to finish. What You’ll Do - Deeply understand each client’s campaign vision before sourcing a single creator — quality of fit matters more than speed - Research and identify best-in-class influencers across platforms using Upfluence and your own platform instincts - Lead outreach to prospective creators, clearly communicating campaign expectations and building genuine rapport - Document creator profiles including followings, engagement rates, reach, deliverables, and costs in an organized, shareable format - Manage creator contracts and lead negotiations with professionalism and clarity - Stay current on trends, emerging creators, and platform shifts across social media What We’re Looking For - Hands-on experience with Upfluence (non-negotiable) - Proficiency across Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets), Slack, Discord, and Notion or a comparable project management tool - A genuine, up-to-date understanding of social media — you follow this stuff because you love it, not because it’s your job - Strong written and verbal communication skills — you can write a cold outreach message that actually gets a response - Comfortable using AI tools as part of your daily workflow; you’re not just AI-curious, you’re AI-native - A team player who communicates proactively and never leaves people guessing How to Apply Record a 3–5 minute Loom where you walk us through how you would approach sourcing influencers for the following brief: A skincare brand targeting women 25–40 is launching a new SPF moisturizer and wants to run a campaign on Instagram and TikTok with a mix of mid-tier and macro creators. Walk us through your research process, what you’d look for when vetting a creator, and how you’d approach the initial outreach message. Feel free to screen-share any tools, docs, or references that show how you think.
