About the Role We’re looking for a highly organized Creator Coordinator to keep the influencer side of our campaigns running like clockwork. You’ll be the operational backbone of our creator partnerships — managing timelines, contracts, shipments, invoices, and day-to-day creator relationships with care and precision. This role works closely with our Creative Strategists and Account Management teams, so strong communication and a collaborative mindset are just as important as staying on top of the details. What You’ll Do - Own the project management of the influencer side of campaigns from kickoff through final delivery - Conduct outreach to our existing creator network, onboard influencers, and document their followings, reach, deliverables, and costs - Create and send creator contracts for each campaign, ensuring accuracy and timely turnaround - Coordinate product shipments from brand partners to influencers and track delivery status - Review influencer content throughout campaigns to ensure it meets brief requirements and deadlines - Process influencer invoices accurately and on time - Serve as a primary point of contact for day-to-day creator communication, keeping relationships positive and professional - Collaborate closely with Creative Strategists and the Account Management team to keep campaign timelines aligned What We’re Looking For - Strong working knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets), Slack, Discord, and Notion or a comparable project management tool - A solid understanding of social media and how influencer campaigns work in practice - Exceptional organizational skills — you track every detail and nothing slips through the cracks - Clear, warm, and professional communication skills, both written and verbal - A team-first attitude with the ability to manage multiple moving parts across concurrent campaigns How to Apply Record a 3–5 minute Loom where you walk us through how you would manage the following situation: You have a campaign with 8 influencers. Three haven’t responded to your last two messages, one says their product never arrived, and a fourth just submitted content that doesn’t match the brief — and the campaign goes live in 5 days. Walk us through exactly how you’d handle this, what tools you’d use to stay organized, and how you’d communicate with the team. Feel free to screen-share a sample tracker, Notion setup, or anything that shows how you work.

About the Role We’re looking for a sharp, socially fluent Creator Community Manager to own the influencer sourcing and onboarding process across our campaigns. You’ll be the person who finds the right creators before anyone else does — and gets them excited to work with us. This is a research-heavy, relationship-driven role that sits at the intersection of data, creativity, and communication. You’ll work across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok, using tools like Upfluence to identify and vet talent, then lead outreach, negotiations, and contracts from start to finish. What You’ll Do - Deeply understand each client’s campaign vision before sourcing a single creator — quality of fit matters more than speed - Research and identify best-in-class influencers across platforms using Upfluence and your own platform instincts - Lead outreach to prospective creators, clearly communicating campaign expectations and building genuine rapport - Document creator profiles including followings, engagement rates, reach, deliverables, and costs in an organized, shareable format - Manage creator contracts and lead negotiations with professionalism and clarity - Stay current on trends, emerging creators, and platform shifts across social media What We’re Looking For - Hands-on experience with Upfluence (non-negotiable) - Proficiency across Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets), Slack, Discord, and Notion or a comparable project management tool - A genuine, up-to-date understanding of social media — you follow this stuff because you love it, not because it’s your job - Strong written and verbal communication skills — you can write a cold outreach message that actually gets a response - Comfortable using AI tools as part of your daily workflow; you’re not just AI-curious, you’re AI-native - A team player who communicates proactively and never leaves people guessing How to Apply Record a 3–5 minute Loom where you walk us through how you would approach sourcing influencers for the following brief: A skincare brand targeting women 25–40 is launching a new SPF moisturizer and wants to run a campaign on Instagram and TikTok with a mix of mid-tier and macro creators. Walk us through your research process, what you’d look for when vetting a creator, and how you’d approach the initial outreach message. Feel free to screen-share any tools, docs, or references that show how you think.

This description is a summary of our understanding of the job description. Click on 'Apply' button to find out more. Role Description We're looking for a TikTok Shop & Creator Community Manager to own the day-to-day operations of TikTok Shop across multiple brand accounts and manage the creator affiliate communities that drive revenue through them. This is a hands-on role. - Manage day-to-day TikTok Shop operations across multiple brand accounts, maintaining shop health and resolving issues or violations quickly. - Execute data-driven strategies to grow GMV, monitoring trends and analyzing top-performing content to inform what gets made next. - Launch and manage campaigns across affiliate, SMS, and email channels within the TikTok Shop ecosystem. - Handle affiliate and customer messages to maintain Inbox Zero — nothing sits unanswered. - Track and report on GMV growth, campaign performance, and key operational metrics. Flag blockers before they become problems. - Perform quality control on sample requests and manage the full sample-to-posted-content pipeline: approvals, shipments, follow-ups, and conversions. - Maintain 100% CRM accuracy — every creator, every sample, every status, tracked and up to date. - Build and manage an active Discord community of affiliate creators, serving as the primary point of contact and keeping energy and engagement high. - Coach creators on what's working — help them understand trends, formats, and hooks that drive views and conversions. - Build creator outreach lists in collaboration with the Brand Manager, identifying and recruiting new affiliates who fit each brand's audience. - Follow up relentlessly with affiliates to convert sample requests into posted content. Track who's delivering and who needs a nudge. - Flag missing content and unresponsive creators, and have a plan for re-engaging or replacing them. - Lead daily or weekly creator-facing updates to keep the community informed on new products, campaigns, and priorities. - Provide daily reports on progress, performance, and blockers to internal stakeholders. - Support campaign execution workflows and ensure all initiatives are prepped and launched on time. - Collaborate closely with Brand Managers and the broader Odyssey team to align shop strategy with each brand's creative and growth goals. Qualifications - Proven experience managing a TikTok Shop that scaled to $100K+/month in revenue — and you can show the receipts. - Hands-on experience with TikTok Seller Center (UK experience strongly preferred). - Experience managing an active Discord community of 100+ members. - Strong organizational skills — you're the type of person who runs a tight inbox, a clean CRM, and never lets a follow-up slip. - Comfortable working across multiple brand accounts simultaneously without dropping quality. - Clear, direct communication style — you can coach a creator, update a team lead, and handle an affiliate issue all in the same hour. Requirements - Experience working at or with a marketing agency. - Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms and workflows beyond TikTok. - Experience with campaign tools like Euka or similar automation flows. - A genuine interest in the creator economy and what makes content perform on TikTok. Benefits - You'll work across multiple brands in different categories, giving you exposure and reps that most single-brand roles can't offer. - We move fast, value ownership, and give people room to grow into bigger roles as we scale. - If you want to build a career at the intersection of commerce and creator culture, this is the place to do it. To Apply Send us a Loom video showing proof of two things: - A TikTok Shop you've managed — walk us through the results, the dashboard, what you did to grow it. - A Discord community you've managed — show us the server, your activity, and how you kept it engaged. That's it. No cover letter required. If you want to include a write-up or additional context, great — but the Loom is what matters. Show us the work.
