Snapshot of the Role: MasterClass Executive is the first AI-native business school experience—and this role is responsible for making it work at scale. We are seeking a Community Manager, who will own the execution of a high-quality, structured cohort experience for hundreds of professionals. This is a 4-month assignment and hourly role as a hands-on operator where success comes from building clear systems, running tight programming, and driving consistent engagement across a large cohort. You’ll define how the program actually runs week-to-week—what participants experience, how they stay on track, and how the cohort delivers real outcomes. If you’re someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, brings structure to ambiguity, and enjoys running complex programs with precision, this role offers the opportunity to build and refine a new model of professional learning from the ground up. What You Will Do: - Own and operate the end-to-end cohort experience, driving engagement, accountability, and successful program completion - Design and manage scalable community systems (e.g., Slack, programming cadence, engagement loops) for large cohorts (500+) - Plan and run live programming (AI Labs, AMAs, events), including logistics, facilitation, and follow-through - Establish and maintain clear participant expectations, communication rhythms, and program structure from day one - Foster strong peer-to-peer dynamics by creating structure, elevating contributors, and enabling a self-sustaining community About You (Requirements): - Experience owning cohort-based programs, communities, or learning experiences end-to-end - Strong operator with the ability to build structured, repeatable systems that scale - Confident facilitator with experience engaging professional or senior audiences - Demonstrated ability to drive engagement and outcomes, not just participation - Clear communicator with strong judgment on when to step in vs. empower the group 4-Month Assignment / Hourly Pay Range: $60-65 At MasterClass, we believe we put our best work forward when our employees bring together ideas that are diverse in thought. We are proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, marital status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, genetic information, veteran status, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
