• Install, configure, and maintain Posit Workbench, Posit Connect, and Posit Package Manager across multiple deployments • Manage complex R, Python, and system dependencies in Linux environments while coordinating between technical teams • Provide user support, triage technical issues, and deliver best-practice guidance for R, Python, and Shiny development • Perform system hardening and security compliance activities following DoD STIGs and SRGs • Monitor system performance, manage user access and authentication, and support backup and disaster recovery procedures

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with systems administration in Linux environments
  • 3+ years of experience administering Posit products (Workbench, Connect, Package Manager)
  • Experience creating and managing R and Python packages
  • Experience with vulnerability scanning tools such as SCC, Nessus, or ACAS
  • Experience with multiple IDEs including RStudio, VS Code, and Jupyter Labs/Notebook
  • Knowledge of system hardening using DoD Security Requirements Guides (SRGs) and Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs)
  • Knowledge of backup and recovery procedures for critical systems
  • Ability to install, update, and manage complex R, Python, and system dependencies in Linux
  • Possession of one of the following certifications: Cloud+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+, SSCP, SecurityX, CASP+, CCNP Security, CCSP, FITSP-O, or GFAACT
  • Bachelor's degree
