• Fostering open communication with stakeholders including product managers, executives, and customers, proving regular updates on project status and milestones and addressing any concerns. • Build responsive, accessible, and high-performing web applications using modern frameworks such as React and TypeScript, ensuring seamless user experiences across platforms. • Partner with backend developers, architects, and DevOps engineers to integrate front-end and back-end components using technologies like C#, .NET, and SQL/PostgreSQL. • Utilize Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps best practices to maintain code quality, ensure secure deployments, and drive continuous improvement. • Identify, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance while recommending design and architectural improvements. • Support application development and deployment within AWS and other cloud environments, leveraging cloud-native tools for scalability and reliability. • Participate in agile ceremonies, contribute to solution design discussions, and apply emerging technologies and frameworks to improve team efficiency and delivery.

• Web Application Firewall Management: Deploy, configure, and maintain web application firewall systems to protect our web applications against potential threats and vulnerabilities. • Zero Trust Proxy: Deploy, configure, and Zero Trust Proxy systems to support identity gates to include defining and maintaining policies and connectors. • Security Incident Response: Monitor and analyze security events, alerts, and logs generated by the web application firewall systems. Investigate and respond to potential security incidents, working closely with the Security Operations Center (SOC) and other Cybersecurity teams. • Detection and Analysis: Develop and maintain detection rules, alerts, and reports to proactively identify and mitigate risks utilizing logs. Provides investigation findings to relevant business units to help improve information security posture. • CDN Integration: Collaborate with the infrastructure and application teams to integrate the web application firewall with CDNs such Akamai and Radware, ensuring seamless traffic management and content delivery. • Vulnerability Assessment: Utilize WAF data to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate remediation measures to customers. • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of WAF configurations, policies, and procedures. Prepare reports and metrics related to web application security, including trends, incident summaries, and mitigation strategies, as needed. • Collaboration: This role requires ability to explain security details to non- security teams such as application and engineering teams. Must be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication, knowledge sharing, and alignment of security objectives. Provide guidance to application teams on application security best practices and security awareness, as needed. • Automation: This role required individuals who are knowledgeable of automation processes, python terraform, use of AI and Cloud native concepts with AWS, Azure and Google cloud.

• Design, develop, implement, and configure cloud system administration environments and tools. • Implement security controls and security features to support and address cybersecurity challenges on PaaS and IaaS environments. • Apply consulting and technical expertise and full industry knowledge on VA cloud solution tailoring. • Develop or support innovative solutions to complex problems. • Define, communicate, and implement cloud architecture and administration processes for VA platforms. • Apply technical expertise and industry knowledge to programs and projects. • Work with minimal supervision within established procedures and practices and serve as informal lead or mentor to junior team members.

• Install, configure, and maintain Posit Workbench, Posit Connect, and Posit Package Manager across multiple deployments • Manage complex R, Python, and system dependencies in Linux environments while coordinating between technical teams • Provide user support, triage technical issues, and deliver best-practice guidance for R, Python, and Shiny development • Perform system hardening and security compliance activities following DoD STIGs and SRGs • Monitor system performance, manage user access and authentication, and support backup and disaster recovery procedures

• Support the development of email communications and other promotional assets, including campaign packs, and associated learning materials. • Update and maintain existing Knowledge Exchange (KX) learning content in a variety of formats to support different audience learning needs. • Works with member firm, business and industry stakeholders to support customization of learning and promotional content to meet their specific audience’s needs – audiences across the organization include various levels, businesses, industries, and client accounts. • Supports the delivery of live, online events such as KX learning webinars, including serving as a speaker, script writing, deck creation, and developing supporting materials • Collaborates virtually with team members in different time zones to co-develop influential and effective awareness and learning assets. • Supports the maintenance of the Learning Maturity Model, working with stakeholders to regularly plot geography progress and supports reorganization of existing content for ease of local integration. • Tracks and reports available metrics to understand effectiveness of awareness and learning initiatives and suggests adjustments to plans and tactics based on data-driven insights. • Collaborates with offshore colleagues and internal service providers; manages project delivery as required.

• Develop and implement solutions for integrating public health coding systems and standards • Provide expert guidance on data standards and vocabulary authoring • Research and map complex scientific and laboratory assays to established vocabulary standards • Work with development organizations to create new standards and improve existing ones • Analyze and improve the quality of collected and produced data

• Implement DLP, MIP, retention, Sensitivity Labels, and secure configuration. • Administer and operationalize enterprise LLM platforms (Copilot, Gemini, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude). • Develop connectors, automations, and reusable patterns for AI and M365 workloads. • Troubleshoot permission issues, data routing, and cross workspace access. • Provide hands on engineering for data governance enforcement.
