Summary We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented market risk analyst to join Leader Bank's Risk Management team. This position will support the Securities-Based Lending (SBL) business; however, candidates may be tasked with additional responsibilities, as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial markets and products, collateral valuation, and risk modeling. Role Description This is an opportunity to support a Tier 1 banking client on a targeted engagement focused on Wholesale Problem Loan Management. The client is seeking a Senior Manager level SME with deep hands-on experience in problem debt management, restructuring, resolution, or wholesale credit risk, particularly within corporate lending portfolios. The role will support a review of how wholesale problem loan assets are monitored and managed, including the treatment of customers in financial distress, governance of problem debt, and the quality of credit assessments and documentation. While Internal Audit or assurance experience is desirable, it is not a prerequisite — strong operational or second-line experience within problem loan management, restructuring, or credit risk is equally suitable. This role is suited to a Senior Manager equivalent professional with hands-on experience across wholesale credit, restructuring, or corporate problem loan management.
