• Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining web, mobile, desktop, and server applications • Write and maintain well documented and testable source code • Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications using .NET, Vue and Angular frameworks • Design, develop, and maintain REST API services and internal system integrations • Design and develop Microsoft SQL databases (basic data modeling, table design, stored procedures, and triggers) • Develop secure, robust, transactional applications using object-oriented design concepts and service-oriented architectures • Collaborate with Architects/Designers in partner locations to arrive at viable design solutions • Collaborate with Functional Analysts and Business Analysts to review and improve functional specifications • Contribute to design, development, troubleshooting, tests and documentation of selected functions • Participate in design sessions and provide inputs based on previous learnings/experience • Use software engineering practices and modern development methodologies

• Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade software solutions using modern .NET technologies (.NET LTS, ASP.NET, EF Core, SQL). • Architect and implement high-performance web applications with clean, maintainable code. • Migrate legacy ASP.NET MVC applications to modern Single Page Application (SPA) frameworks such as React or Angular. • Design and build secure, scalable RESTful APIs with proper authentication and authorization (OAuth, OpenID Connect, JWT). • Ensure software meets industry security and performance best practices. • Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Bicep for efficient, automated deployments. • Conduct application load testing, profiling, and performance optimization. • Build event-driven, cloud-based architectures leveraging Azure services such as Azure App Service, Azure SQL, and Azure Service Bus. • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge-sharing and technical design reviews. • Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Act as an escalation point for helpdesk support, resolving advanced issues and guiding junior team members. • Oversee bug triaging, prioritization, and backlog management for critical issues.

• Building features in a full-stack fashion (although primarily frontend) using React and TypeScript. • Driving feature development by leading technical exploration, defining and scoping work collaboratively, and keeping everyone aligned. • Running A/B tests and experiments, forming hypotheses, implementing features, and analysing results. • Maintaining and refactoring different services, keeping the codebase clean for the next engineer. • Leveraging customer interviews and data insights, and collaborating with Product & Design to craft friction-free flows that get customers excited. • Instrumenting analytics and event tracking so we can continually learn and improve.
