• Providing real-time support for customers during their trips. • Coordinating with local partners to resolve on-the-ground issues. • Conducting consistent check-ins with customers involved in any incident. • Implementing mid-trip check-ins across all trips to proactively identify and resolve issues. • Analyzing customer feedback and behavioural data to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement. • Conducting systematic post-trip reviews to identify patterns and prevent recurring issues. • Collaborating with Key Account Managers (KAMs) and DMCs to implement feedback-based improvements.

• Working closely with the Head of People & Talent to translate strategy into practical tools. • Being a trusted partner to our people managers - coaching them through the people moments that matter. • Partnering with people managers and staying close to our teams - gathering insight and validating outputs. • Owning our engagement strategy - running surveys, making sense of the data. • Supporting managers to build high-performing, connected teams. • Designing and improving the workflows and processes that underpin how we operate.

• Building features in a full-stack fashion (although primarily frontend) using React and TypeScript. • Driving feature development by leading technical exploration, defining and scoping work collaboratively, and keeping everyone aligned. • Running A/B tests and experiments, forming hypotheses, implementing features, and analysing results. • Maintaining and refactoring different services, keeping the codebase clean for the next engineer. • Leveraging customer interviews and data insights, and collaborating with Product & Design to craft friction-free flows that get customers excited. • Instrumenting analytics and event tracking so we can continually learn and improve.

• You’ll be working closely with Product and Marketing to shape, build, and learn from growth initiatives that drive acquisition, conversion, and retention. • Build and ship growth features end-to-end as a hands-on contributor (roughly 50% of the role), primarily using React and TypeScript, alongside the team. • Line-manage a small group of Growth Engineers, supporting delivery, coaching, and ongoing development through regular feedback and clear expectations. • Lead the technical execution of growth initiatives: shaping experiments, scoping work, sequencing delivery, and keeping the team aligned on outcomes. • Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Design to turn growth hypotheses into shippable experiments and learn quickly from results. • Set and uphold standards for code quality, experimentation, analytics, and maintainability across the growth codebase. • Act as the connective tissue for the team: removing blockers, resolving trade-offs, and ensuring knowledge, ownership, and context are shared rather than siloed.
