• Drive Revenue: Take full ownership of the North American sales target • Pipeline Management: Actively prospect and build a robust sales pipeline • Strategic Prospecting: Identify key decision-makers and execute outbound strategies • Product Expertise: Conduct high-impact product demonstrations • Territory Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan • Collaborative Selling: Work closely with Solutions Engineering team • Forecast Accuracy: Maintain meticulous records in our CRM • Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the North American market • Negotiation: Manage complex sales cycles
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Proven experience selling within the Atlassian ecosystem (Jira)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proficient with CRM tools (like Salesforce or HubSpot)
