Product Marketing Manager, Identity and Fraud
Experian
• Develop go-to-market plans for fraud solutions, ensuring understanding of our goals and market trends. • Translate data and customer insights into clear stories for our teams, partners, and buyer personas. • Conduct competitive research and win/loss analysis to inform product positioning and improve deal success rates. • Gather and share market intelligence across teams to support informed decision-making. • Create impactful content such as whitepapers, presentations, and sales collateral that differentiates Experian's fraud solutions. • Design sales enablement programs, including guides and training workshops. • Collaborate with partners on joint go-to-market activities, campaigns, and enablement strategies. • Capture and showcase client success stories to strengthen customer advocacy.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing
- Knowledge of fraud prevention, identity verification, and risk management solutions
- Experience with competitive intelligence, market research, and win/loss analysis
- Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (Salesforce, Airtable, Wrike)
- Product communication and product storytelling experience
- Experience managing multiple projects and working across teams
- Experience creating content and delivering training for sales and partner teams
