• Prepare, review, and finalize bankruptcy-related pleadings and legal documents. • Manage all phases of bankruptcy cases, including filing Proof of Claims, Motions for Relief, Objections, Responses to Objections, Payment Change Notices, Settlements, and Adversary Proceedings. • Participate in mediations, depositions, telephonic and in-person hearings. • Conduct regular client meetings and provide timely updates via phone, email, and client portal systems. • Collaborate on special projects and additional duties as assigned.

• Generate new business and consistently meet or exceed sales targets to drive profitability, growth, and deeper account penetration within the assigned territory. • Maintain the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures. • Determine product specifications, provide accurate quotes, and establish competitive pricing. • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly activity reports to track performance and pipeline progress. • Research and analyze market data to identify prospective customers and build targeted prospect lists. • Conduct in-person visits to current and potential clients to assess needs, recommend solutions, and promote additional products and services. • Maintain detailed and up-to-date customer records, fostering long-term relationships with key stakeholders. • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding credit terms, product availability, pricing, and technical specifications. • Conduct packaging audits and collaborate closely with the Design Team to develop innovative, value-added solutions that meet client needs.

• Represent clients in bankruptcy and foreclosure proceedings, including appearances at hearings and mediations. • Draft, review, and manage legal pleadings, motions, and supporting documentation with precision. • Maintain clear, professional communication with clients, court staff, and opposing counsel. • Ensure all case-related tasks are completed accurately and submitted within established deadlines. • Assist with special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned by the legal team.

• Define and execute a global marketing strategy aligned with corporate objectives and product roadmap • Lead cross-functional initiatives to position the company as a leader in coherent DSP and optical semiconductors • Collaborate with executive leadership, sales, engineering, and operations to ensure messaging, roadmap, and market alignment • Own product marketing for DSP ASICs, including competitive analysis, value proposition development, MRD/PRD creation, and market positioning • Develop technical marketing collateral (white papers, datasheets, product briefs, presentations) for engineers, system architects, and CTO-level decision-makers • Represent the company at industry events, engage with key analysts, and deliver technical presentations to elevate brand visibility • Design and implement go-to-market strategies including product launches, campaign planning, digital marketing, and sales enablement • Oversee global lead generation, PR, SEO/SEM, event strategy, and partner marketing programs • Partner with sales leadership to drive account-based marketing, customer acquisition, and pipeline growth • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing marketing team; manage budget and resource allocation to maximize ROI

• Responsible for developing, conducting, administering, and analyzing clinical coding training and auditing programs. • Conduct audits of inpatient coding processes and assist in development of training and audit tools. • Develop and maintain complex audit processes and audit tools related to inpatient coding. • Develop and conduct clinical education courses for existing and new employees. • Audit established guidelines for medical necessity. • Analyze training needs and identify, select, or develop appropriate training programs including training aids and materials. • Audit staff in accordance with established auditing processes, work with staff to identify and resolve errors, and present findings and recommendations for improvement to management. • Evaluate effectiveness of training programs. • Research, analyze, and recommend internal/external training programs. • Maintain records of training activities and employee progress. • Assist with revisions to Policy and Procedure and/or work process development for inpatient coding. • Travel 10% twice a year to New York.
