• Own and Execute Product Launches: Lead the GTM strategy and execution for multiple product and feature launches. Define launch strategy, align internal stakeholders, craft positioning, and execute coordinated cross-functional campaigns with measurable impact across adoption, awareness, and engagement • Craft Resonant Messaging: Develop and refine messaging, naming, and positioning frameworks tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences. Collaborate closely with product, go-to-market, content, and ecosystem teams to translate complex technical features into clear, business-focused value propositions • Drive Cross-Channel Campaigns: Lead campaigns that reinforce Chainlink’s leadership and product narrative across key services. Develop audience-specific strategies that align product goals with user needs across the marketing funnel • Bridge Traditional and Onchain Finance: Help shape Chainlink’s narrative as a foundational layer for both DeFi and institutional finance by crafting positioning and GTM strategies that connect technical innovation to enterprise value • Collaborate and Influence: Act as the go-to marketing lead for your product category. Be a key partner across teams, consulted on all launches and strategic initiatives related to your portfolio • Market Intelligence: Continuously synthesize user, market, and competitive insights to inform positioning and strategic decisions. Monitor trends in crypto, fintech, and enterprise infrastructure to keep messaging relevant and differentiated
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally in banking, capital markets, or fintech.
- Proven experience owning go-to-market strategy and execution for multiple successful product or feature launches
- Strong messaging and positioning skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally across product, engineering, content, and broader marketing teams
- Skilled at translating complex technical concepts into clear, compelling value propositions
- Proven ability to develop campaign strategies that align product objectives with audience needs throughout the user journey
- Excellent project management and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Analytical and insights-driven, with a track record of using research and data to shape marketing strategy.
- Experience working with or marketing to traditional financial institutions, capital markets, fintechs, or on developer platforms
- Familiarity with the blockchain ecosystem, including key players, protocols, and technical trends
- Technical background or strong comfort working with technical products
- Experience in a globally distributed, remote-first organization.
