• Processing new and renewal contract requests in compliance with company policies and procedures. • Reviewing contractual documentation to determine whether it meets established criteria for legal review. • Working directly with vendors to resolve deficiencies and ensure alignment with legal and policy requirements. • Maintaining strong system proficiency and performing accurate data entry and management within ERP systems, DocuSign, and Ntracts. • Creating complete contract packages for execution and verifying appropriate signing authorities. • Conducting contract reviews and complex data analysis to support reporting and decision-making. • Serving as a key liaison among various internal stakeholders to facilitate efficient contract execution and process alignment. • Supporting business process management initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least three years of related experience.
  • Project management experience a plus.
  • Preferred: Bachelor Degree and Six Sigma Lean, PMP within first year of employment.
  • Healthcare and Process Improvement experience.

About the Role As a Business Process Improvement Analyst, you are a key individual contributor responsible for planning, executing, testing, and implementing process improvement initiatives across the organization. You will facilitate alignment meetings to drive project success from design to implementation, leveraging new tools and technology to increase automation in workflows and support departmental and organizational objectives. In your role, you will support the overall Process Quality activities to include CAPA and audit responsibilities. Your advanced knowledge and expertise with innovative applications enables you to deliver insights and actionable recommendations for process and error monitoring activities. As a subject matter expert for critical business requirements and process quality guidelines, you ensure proper registration of product complaints from internal diabetes employees. Your contributions help MiniMed achieve greater efficiency, quality, and value for our global stakeholders.
