Meet the team: The Data Operations Analyst will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our prescriber Master Data Management (MDM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system through systematic record review and alignment. This position focuses on manual data stewardship-evaluating prescriber records to determine merge eligibility and ensuring our MDM/CRM system contains clean, reliable data that powers our CRM operations and commercial analytics. This is a detail-oriented data entry role with growth potential for high performers. Where you come in: Master Data Management (MDM) Operations - Manually review and align prescriber records in our MDM system to determine merge eligibility - Evaluate duplicate or similar prescriber profiles using established business rules and data quality criteria - Execute merge decisions or flag records for escalation based on confidence levels and data completeness - Maintain data integrity by ensuring prescriber hierarchies, affiliations, and attributes are accurately represented - Process daily queues of records requiring review, meeting established productivity and accuracy targets CRM Data Quality Support - Ensure prescriber data accuracy to support CRM workflows and field team effectiveness - Validate prescriber contact information, specialties, and practice locations for CRM use - Support data quality initiatives that improve targeting and segmentation in CRM campaigns - Coordinate with Sales Operations and Commercial Operations teams on data quality issues impacting CRM users - Assist with Veeva CRM migration activities, including data validation and quality checks during the transition Documentation & Process Adherence - Document merge decisions and rationale in accordance with MDM governance standards - Track and report on daily productivity metrics and data quality KPIs - Maintain detailed logs of validation activities, edge cases, and escalations - Follow established SOPs for data stewardship and escalation procedures - Contribute feedback to improve MDM processes and business rules What makes you successful: - Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and consistency - Strong pattern recognition skills to identify duplicate or related records - Ability to make sound judgments based on established criteria and business rules - Comfortable working independently with repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards - Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and data entry - Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage daily workload queues - Clear written communication for documenting decisions and escalations - Previous experience in data entry, data quality, or operational roles requiring high accuracy - Familiarity with MDM concepts or experience working with customer/provider databases - Exposure to CRM systems (Veeva, Salesforce, or similar platforms) - Experience working with healthcare provider data (NPI, DEA, specialty taxonomies) - Understanding of data governance and data stewardship principles What you’ll get: (this section should not be modified) - A front row seat to life changing CGM technology. Role Description The mission of OIGI is to conduct independent investigations into allegations of misconduct involving WFP staff, partners, and other contracted entities or persons. To understand case trends and patterns and to report to stakeholders on statistics, OIGI collects, extracts, and analyzes data from its case management system. The successful candidate will ensure that the data in OIGI’s case management system is complete and accurate, correcting errors as identified and adding missing information as appropriate.
