• Design, maintain, and automate key company dashboards, ensuring they provide actionable insights for the CEO and executive team. • Use AI tools and scripting (Python/SQL) to automate data delivery, reducing manual intervention to the bare minimum. • Conduct thorough research to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities. • Maintain and evolve our analytical layer (Snowflake/BigQuery), ensuring data is consistent, scalable, and optimized for both human and AI-tooling consumption. • Partner with the Data Engineering team to improve pipelines and documentation. • Support data quality and normalization initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a quantitative field.
  • +3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the Fintech or fast-paced tech industry.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and building automation scripts.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI (LLMs, Copilots) to write more efficient code, debug faster, and document complex processes.
  • Solid knowledge of Cloud Data Warehouses and ETL/ELT logic (dbt is a plus).
  • High-level experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI).
