• Develop and execute a territory business plan designed to achieve or exceed sales and growth objectives • Build and maintain strong relationships with financial advisors, broker-dealers, RIAs, and distribution partners • Conduct advisor meetings, educational presentations, and client engagement events to strengthen relationships and increase product utilization • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within assigned territories and channels • Provide market insights, investment updates, and product education in accordance with FINRA and compliance guidelines • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, compliance, and leadership, to ensure consistent messaging and advisor support • Maintain accurate activity tracking, pipeline management, and advisor communications within CRM systems • Represent Exemplar Companies at conferences, networking events, and industry meetings • Partner cross-functionally to support strategic growth initiatives and advisor engagement efforts

• Manage rent collection processes, follow up on late payments, and maintain accurate payment records • Coordinate maintenance requests from submission through to completion, liaising with vendors and contractors • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant communication, resolving issues professionally and promptly • Manage lease administration including drafting, renewals, and tracking key lease dates • Coordinate move-in and move-out processes including inspections and documentation • Maintain accurate property records, tenancy files, and reporting within property management software • Support vacancy management including listing coordination and leasing inquiries • Proactively flag issues to property owners and escalate time-sensitive matters

• Draft and update Individual Plans of Care (IPOCs) using clinician completed Diagnostic Assessments and FIRPP notes • Complete Child and Family Team (CFT) documentation • Complete CALOCUS assessments • Administer and score standardized assessment questionnaires as needed, including PHQ 9, GAD 7, and similar measures • Engage in minimal collaboration with clients, families, and clinicians as needed to complete documentation accurately • Maintain compliance with CARF, SC Medicaid, and payer documentation standards • Document all work in the EHR system • Meet assigned deadlines and turnaround expectations on a per event basis

• Provides clinical training and support to customers, as a subject matter expert in dosimetry. • Ensures customer preparedness to operate equipment according to safe use guidelines. • Assists in managing the customer’s clinical expectations. • May coordinate or lead customer and/or employee training courses. • Conducts large group presentations at seminars, training programs, and trade shows. • Formulates complementary support training information in the form of quick tips, workbooks, video-media and implementation guides. • Works with cross-functional teams to support and enable best services and optimize customer relations. • Performs other duties as assigned by Training Operations and/or Applications Manager.
