• Provides clinical training and support to customers, as a subject matter expert in dosimetry. • Ensures customer preparedness to operate equipment according to safe use guidelines. • Assists in managing the customer’s clinical expectations. • May coordinate or lead customer and/or employee training courses. • Conducts large group presentations at seminars, training programs, and trade shows. • Formulates complementary support training information in the form of quick tips, workbooks, video-media and implementation guides. • Works with cross-functional teams to support and enable best services and optimize customer relations. • Performs other duties as assigned by Training Operations and/or Applications Manager.

• Support the Implementation Specialist with new account onboarding and implementation activities from kickoff through account handoff. • Assist in coordinating implementation timelines, deliverables, follow-up items, and internal deadlines. • Help prepare, organize, update, and distribute training materials, job aids, account guides, scripts, and other implementation resources. • Coordinate virtual training schedules, meeting invitations, attendance tracking, and related implementation logistics for remote learners and internal stakeholders. • Maintain implementation trackers, training records, assessment results, completion logs, and other related documentation in an accurate and timely manner. • Document trainee grades, quiz results, completion data, and other implementation-related records in designated trackers, drives, or systems. • Support account readiness by helping track setup items such as access requests, logins, materials readiness, and other pre-launch needs; escalate issues as appropriate. • Help maintain version control for implementation documents, SOPs, checklists, training materials, and shared folders or drives. • Assist with process documentation, protocol organization, and account setup preparation to support a smooth implementation process. • Send follow-up communications, track open items, and help keep Client Relations, Performance Development, Operations, and other teams aligned on deliverables and deadlines. • Shadow implementation meetings, planning sessions, and training activities to build working knowledge of all major Implementation Specialist functions. • Assist with updates to account-specific content and support refresher training, continuing education, or implementation follow-up as assigned. • As skills develop, assist with leading portions of training, implementation tasks, or account transition activities under guidance. • Help monitor implementation progress and proactively raise concerns related to delays, missing information, readiness risks, or training issues. • Support successful handoff of newly implemented accounts to Team Leads, Performance Development team members, and Operations. • Cross-train in all major duties of the Implementation Specialist role with the expectation of progressively taking on increased responsibility over time. • Perform other duties as assigned based on department, client, and company needs.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers following initial onboarding and deployment • Deliver ongoing program updates and operational check-ins to key customer stakeholders • Proactively monitor account health and platform usage to drive adoption and value realization • Support customer issue resolution, including preparation, live syncs, and post-meeting follow-ups • Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to deliver a seamless customer experience across touchpoints • Translate customer goals into platform configurations, success plans, and measurable outcomes • Identify expansion opportunities and partner with Sales on renewal and upsell efforts

• Teach live, synchronous online classes during the school day, delivering engaging presentations that challenge students, spark curiosity, and promote deep thinking • Lead virtual classrooms of approximately 20 to 40 students by building strong relationships, using Socratic questioning, and fostering active participation and discussion • Teach students how to think, not what to think, by prioritizing reasoning, inquiry, and perspective-taking over rote memorization or simple content delivery • Model effective learning habits by encouraging reflection and growth, and demonstrating curiosity, professionalism, and mastery of your subject • Use observation and student data to adjust instruction in real time, ensuring all students are supported and appropriately challenged • Establish clear expectations for behavior and participation and maintain active supervision of students during live classes • Secure a substitute according to WL’s substitute policy when necessary • Plan lessons aligned to syllabus objectives, key questions, and upcoming assignments • Prepare instructional materials and learning activities that support course goals and provide a clear progression for students • Ensure Canvas courses are set up accurately each semester, including assignments, pacing, and curriculum materials, and take shared responsibility for maintaining that configuration • Contribute ideas and feedback to support ongoing improvements in curriculum and instructional resources • Grade student work in Canvas and provide timely (within 4 days), detailed, and meaningful feedback that supports student growth and learning • Monitor student progress, attendance, and engagement, and identify students who need additional academic or organizational support • Provide targeted interventions, host weekly office hours, communicate proactively with students and parents, and participate in IEP and 504 meetings as needed • Communicate clearly, respectfully, and professionally with students, parents, and colleagues across email, phone, and virtual meetings • Respond to messages and inquiries within 1 business day and consistently follow through on commitments • Maintain accurate records related to attendance, discipline, and student needs, and follow Williamsburg Learning policies, procedures, and expectations • Stay current on all required trainings through SafeSchools • Participate fully in required professional development activities, including training, coaching, observations, and regular team meetings • Engage in ongoing reflection and growth as a mentor by seeking feedback, refining practice, and deepening understanding of Williamsburg Learning’s instructional methods • Contribute positively to the Williamsburg Learning community by collaborating with colleagues, supporting shared goals, and modeling the organization’s core values of Culture of Belonging, Right Action, and Growth
