• Manage the customers’ Getting Started Journey. • Own the 1:1 virtual follow-up sessions to ensure learning content understanding. • Assist customers with value recognition in their purchased platform(s). • Act as a point of contact throughout the Customer Getting Started Journey. • Manage customer hand-offs between internal Bloomerang teams.

Job Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience supporting SaaS CRM onboarding and training in a virtual and/or on-site environment with a strong focus on customer onboarding best practices
  • Ability to serve as the primary contact between internal and external stakeholders helping ensure deliverables are met.
  • Organization skills and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and goals
  • A strong technical proficiency and the ability to quickly learn and understand new software products and concepts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with using Excel for reviewing and troubleshooting customer data import files
  • Ability to stay current with emerging AI capabilities and apply them directly through hands-on building and experimentation.

Role Description As a member of our global onboarding team, you will support our customers in the Americas region with realizing first value with ABC Glofox. You will be responsible for guiding customers through their onboarding, acting as a key resource, escalation point for platform queries, a trusted advisor and coach to ensure the customer is set up for success.
