Implementation Analyst – Client Onboarding

• Understand our clients' financial processes and their expectations for using our solutions, identifying particularities and improvement opportunities, and handle the initial setup of these clients on our platform; • Deliver training to our clients and the employees of the companies who will use our services; • Perform continuous follow-ups throughout the onboarding process, engaging clients in platform usage until they achieve success; • Manage implementation spreadsheets and corporate client accounts during the pre-maturation stage; • Ensure deliverables meet the targets established for the team; • Support clients with API integrations with ERPs and/or banking integrations; • Map improvement actions and collaborate with other departments (for example, Engineering, Support, and New Business) to deliver the best possible experience for our clients.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience implementing new B2B clients within a Customer Success area, preferably with medium or large companies;
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 (with a 1-hour lunch break);
  • Previous experience with Pipedrive and Digisac;
  • Knowledge of integrations (native integrations, APIs, and bank reconciliation);
  • Spanish language skills are a plus;
  • Experience with artificial intelligence applied to financial processes and B2B onboarding is a plus.
