This role reports directly to the Worldwide VP of Solutions Engineering and is responsible for leading and developing high-performing Enterprise SE teams. The candidate should be a proven technical leader in a fast-paced environment who is highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and has excellent follow-up and follow-through. What You'll Do - People Leader: Hire, develop and lead an inclusive, engaged, and high-performing Mid-Market Solutions Engineering team (L1 & L2) - Technical Leader: Technical coach, mentor, and problem solver, helping with technical escalations and navigating complex technical solutions - Builder: Identify gaps, show initiative, and take ownership to build out programs and processes in support of the SE team - Connector: work cross-functionally to drive improvements and increase communication and collaboration across departments e.g. sales, product, support, enablement, marketing, etc - Career Champion: develop and grow the team’s skillset through coaching, mentoring, and enablement - This role requires regular travel, estimated to be more than 50% of the time, including both domestic and international destinations as needed. The successful candidate must be comfortable with frequent travel to support business operations, customer and partner engagements and team collaboration. Role Description We are looking for a hands-on Solution Architect to drive the architecture of our enterprise B2B CRM platform (Creatio), focusing on integrations, microservices, and scalable system design. - Design and own the architecture of the B2B CRM platform based on Creatio. - Define and implement scalable, secure, and reliable solution designs for complex enterprise use cases. - Work closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and developers to maintain developing technical solutions. - Develop and maintain custom Creatio packages (C#, business logic, integrations, UI). - Design and govern integrations between Creatio and enterprise systems. - Ensure data consistency, performance, fault tolerance, and security of the platform. - Maintain and provide technical leadership to Middle and Junior developers. - Create and maintain technical and architectural documentation. - Participate in sprint planning, technical estimations, and solution design workshops. - Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes for Creatio customizations. - Analyze and resolve complex incidents and performance issues. - Continuously improve the architecture, standards, and development practices of the CRM platform.
