Vimachem - IIoT Pharma 4.0 AI Platform

• Work on the front lines with large strategic enterprise accounts in the life sciences industry. • Drive large, complex SaaS deals and own the entire value-based sales process from opportunity creation through close. • Build relationships with C-suite and senior enterprise leaders across pharmaceutical manufacturing organizations. • Understand customer needs and develop strategic account plans and execution strategies. • Maintain accurate records of all sales activity in HubSpot CRM. • Communicate the value of Vimachem’s platform and help customers rethink legacy manufacturing systems. • Collaborate with product, delivery, and leadership teams to structure and win enterprise opportunities.

• Act as the frontline technical contact for customers, providing timely, accurate, and complete responses to support inquiries. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues using logs, diagnostics, database queries, and system analysis. • Educate customers on platform functionality, usage, and best practices, building strong and trusted relationships. • Work side by side with customers to support and implement the Vimachem Pharma 4.0 EBR module, from configuration through go-live and hypercare. • Support user testing activities, troubleshooting issues and ensuring expected results are delivered in production environments. • Analyze and document customer manufacturing and IT processes to ensure optimal system alignment and compliance readiness. • Assist with the configuration of system settings, workflows, business rules, roles, and interfaces to meet customer requirements. • Investigate and diagnose system behavior using logs, database queries, and integration traces. • Support API/web-service–based integrations with ERP, equipment systems, historians, or other enterprise platforms. • Collaborate closely with Professional Services, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to continuously improve the platform, support processes, and implementation approach. • Contribute to internal and customer-facing documentation, FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and implementation assets. • Support the pre-Sales and Sales teams by delivering technical product demonstrations, participating in solution discussions, and contributing to the technical validation of customer requirements. • Help create a proactive support environment by anticipating customer needs and identifying potential issues before they arise. • Act as an internal advocate for innovation by exploring and applying AI-powered tools to improve efficiency, scalability, and customer experience across Support services.

• Act as the lead MES consultant on customer projects, guiding implementations from process analysis through configuration, testing, deployment, go-live, and hypercare • Design and configure digital manufacturing workflows using Vimachem’s no-code / low-code MES tools • Collaborate with QA, production, and IT stakeholders to ensure MES implementations align with GMP and operational requirements • Work closely with the sales team as a solution engineer, supporting enterprise opportunities with demonstrations, technical discussions, and solution validation • Deliver technical demonstrations and workshops for prospects and customers • Contribute to RFx responses, technical assessments, and security questionnaires during enterprise sales processes • Support the scoping and estimation of MES implementation projects delivered by the Vimachem Professional Services team • Coordinate with EU consulting teams to ensure alignment with delivery standards and best practices • Troubleshoot system behavior and support customers during deployments and hypercare • Provide customer insights and product feedback to product and engineering teams to improve the platform • Contribute to internal best practices, documentation, and knowledge sharing

• Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through close, including proposal, negotiation, and procurement. • Build and develop a pipeline of strategic pharmaceutical manufacturing accounts in the US. • Establish relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders across production, quality, IT, and digital transformation teams. • Develop and execute account strategies aligned with customer business objectives. • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales processes using a value-based selling approach. • Maintain accurate pipeline management and activity tracking in HubSpot CRM. • Collaborate closely with solution consultants, implementation teams, and leadership to drive deals forward. • Communicate the value of Vimachem’s platform and help customers rethink legacy manufacturing systems and processes.

• Act as the lead technical consultant on client projects from process analysis and design through configuration, testing, deployment, go-live, and hypercare. • Consult customers and prospects to prepare their companies for digital transformation. • Remote or on-site analysis, design, improvement, documentation, and maintenance of pharma/biopharma clients’ manufacturing processes. • Design, configure, and test digital workflows using Vimachem’s no-code/low-code MBR Designer. • Work closely with sales executives to effectively progress opportunities through the pipeline and secure the "technical win". • Develop, present and deliver high-impact technical demonstrations of the Vimachem solutions (Demos, technical presentations, technical discussions, etc.). • Collaborate with clients' QA, Production, and IT stakeholders at client sites to align MES implementation with operational and regulatory requirements. • Test and troubleshoot system behavior and provide guidance to client teams. • Contribute to internal best practices and knowledge base. • Organize and teach best practice product workshops remotely or at customer sites. • Investigate client issues and communicate key insights and findings to the product team. • Analyze and enhance the efficiency, stability, and scalability of the Vimachem Pharma MES platform through working with Product and Engineering teams to provide client feedback and support continuous platform improvement. • Contribute as a market and customer expert in annual sales strategy and planning, providing insights on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. • Help develop and answer RFx (RFI, RFP, RFQ), technical assessments, technical and security questionnaires. • Lead in the scoping and estimation of implementation projects delivered by the Vimachem Professional Services Team. • Proven experience managing high-performing teams. • This role will lead a growing team of MES consultants across the Vimachem Pharma MES platform, ensuring alignment, accountability, and professional development through structured bi-annual performance reviews.
