Information Systems are very important here at TextUs. From tracking our company's high level KPIs down to individual case queues for our support team, we get to work with just about every team. We are a small team, so that means you will have the opportunity to learn about various aspects of Information Systems and see the impact of your work on a regular basis. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: - Partner closely with internal teams to optimize and implement best practices across our information systems processes - Manage internal enablement for education/re-education of Salesforce and other sales-supporting software - Manage onboarding and offboarding team members - Monitor Salesforce data quality and cleanup as necessary to ensure data integrity - Manage Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success Daily and Monthly Dashboards within Salesforce - Manage internal requests for new functionality and troubleshooting reports of bugs within owned systems - Manage scheduled and ad-hoc reporting of account and opportunity lists, funnel and pipeline reporting, and other success metrics identified by the business - Manage internal wiki with documentation and updates for our GMT process and support documentation - Work in partnership with Marketing and the go-to-market team to optimize processes within HubSpot and its integrations into Salesforce - Support and administer ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and ETL/integration tools (e.g., Celigo or similar platforms) to ensure seamless data flow across business systems - Assist in managing and maintaining integrations between Salesforce, NetSuite, HubSpot, and other third-party tools to support operational efficiency WHO YOU ARE: - You are a top-notch, hands-on self starter who is passionate about operationalizing business processes and providing clear data-driven insights. - Ability to work cross-functionally to derive meaningful insights. - Ability to think outside of the box and problem solve. - 3+ years of experience managing Salesforce - hands-on Salesforce administration experience is required. - Entry-level proficiency or working knowledge of NetSuite (ERP) and/or ETL/integration tools such as Celigo is strongly preferred; willingness to learn required. - Familiarity with data integration concepts and cross-system workflows (e.g., syncing records between CRM, ERP, and marketing automation platforms) is a plus. • Build and maintain customized pitch decks, pricing proposals, and contract packages for active deals across all Skift subscription properties. • Develop and refine tiered pricing frameworks and proposal templates that the sales team can deploy quickly and consistently. • Coordinate critical deal logistics, including NDAs, order forms, and contract routing, and ensure a seamless, well-documented post-sale handoff to the Customer Experience team. • Leverage Claude and other AI tools to synthesize account data across HubSpot, Stripe, Beehiiv, and MySkift into actionable pre-call briefs and renewal packages. • Build and document repeatable AI-assisted workflows for common sales tasks, such as proposal drafts, pricing comparisons, and renewal summaries. • Conduct deep prospect research to brief reps before outreach, and create persona-specific battle cards, objection-handling guides, and product one-pagers. • Take full ownership of CRM hygiene in HubSpot, maintaining rigorous pipeline data integrity, deal stage tracking, contact records, and activity logging. • Proactively identify gaps in the sales process and build the necessary tools and infrastructure to close them.
• Enable partners to design, build, and deliver AI Agents using the Cognigy platform • Support partner onboarding and ongoing technical readiness through structured enablement and certification paths • Deliver technical enablement sessions, workshops, and hands-on labs • Assist partners with JavaScript development, debugging, and flow-based logic • Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product, and Professional Services to align on technical standards and best practices
